Carter will be able to help the rest of the group realize the need for change. He has the ability to place thoughts into words and dreams into reality. His charismatic, influencing nature will help the group before and during presentations. <br><br>Sheila's top strength is strategy and strategic thinking. She is a creative thinker with many solutions to any problem. She will help the group to see the pros and cons and plan for any outcome. She can see the trends and help the group plan for the change. Although she can be slow, her decisions and judgment will help the group implement the change.<br><br>Rachel will help to execute and restore any issues and backlash from the change implementation. She can help balance the group by assisting Sheila in the pros and cons. Rachel is strong at improvement and solutions. Rachel will ensure the group has all the answers to any problem during the change process.<br><br>Izzie thrives on input and strategic thinking. Izzie will be important in gathering all the valuable information before starting the project. Izzie is extremely knowledgable and will help to serve as a resource for the group. Izzie's excellent memory will help the rest of the group to remember all components during the planning and implementation process.<br><br>Daisy will help the team develop and build relationships. Daisy will help the rest of the team support each other when challenges and backlash occur. Daisy sees the best in others, is optimistic, and enjoys helping others. Daisy will help the team on a personal level to cultivate the best strength in each member. Daisy will serve as a coach and will help to stay positive during the change process.<br><br><strong>My top 5 strengths:</strong><br>I can see individualization in all aspects of my life. To me, it means finding out what makes each person different and unique. It is determining what motivates each of us. I am listener and I can listen to people talk about their lives all day. I enjoy seeing the different histories of each person and how it relates to where they are now and how it impacts the decisions they make everyday. I can use individualization to help acknowledge people's strengths and weakness and capitalize on these for the benefits of the group.</div><div> </div><div>Being an achiever means making productivity a goal everyday. Although productivity can look different in different settings. I cannot stand to procrastinate. I love making lists and crossing things off my list. I enjoy being productive and feeling like I made a difference. It is definitely one of the reasons I chose nursing, I can feel like I achieved and made a difference in someone else's life everyday. I can utilize achiever strength to ensure the project meets deadlines and it is a success. I lead by example and can help the team experience satisfaction from a job well done.</div><div> </div><div>Harmony is my number 3. To me, this means maintaining a balance between views and personalities. In my family and friend groups, I am usually the mediator and the person that brings everyone together. It also means avoiding conflict by using techniques of communication and listening. I can use harmony to help the group become cohesive and I can assist Carter in the group communication.</div><div> </div><div>Responsibility to me means getting the job done and not only getting it done, but getting it done correctly. I would rather spend a few extra minutes to ensure the job is done accurately. I have high standards and am a bit of a perfectionist so I know I will consistently do a good job. People can count on me to follow through with a project. I am delegated tasks because I can be held accountable. I can help the group maintain high standards and stay committed to the group throughout the entire process.</div><div> </div><div>I am a constant learner. I consider myself a lifelong learner. I love working in the ICU because it is an ever-changing and exciting environment in which there are always new things to learn. You get out of it what you put in. I am always looking up rationales for medications I am administering or procedures we are doing. I have to understand the logic and rationale for everything I do. For this reason, I am always learning new information.          <description><![CDATA[<div>OMRON RS7 Intelli IT is a blood pressure monitoring device designed and produced by OMRON Healthcare Europe B.V. The device utilizes a wrist cuff and monitor to measure and trend blood pressures of the obese person. The software uses oscillometry, which detects the vibration of blood and converts it into a digital reading (OMRON Healthcare Inc., 2018). Traditional blood pressure is measured through auscultation, which requires a stethoscope, complete compression of the artery, and the subjective skill a medical personnel. The OMRON RS7 Intelli IT device can be used anywhere, at anytime increasing its accessibility. It is imperative to accurately manage hypertension, prevent health complications, and decrease healthcare costs associated with obesity and hypertension. OMRON's new technology and innovation could significantly improve outcomes and decrease healthcare costs in this specific patient population.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A blood pressure monitoring device that is designed for the obese population may have significant benefits. The obesity epidemic continues to escalate nationally and internationally. Obesity kills more than 2.8 million people per year and causes a multitude of health-related diseases in millions of other patients (WHO, 2017). There is a close association between obesity and hypertension (Jiang, Lu, Zong, Ruan, &amp; Liu, 2016). Currently, there are limited options and resources to monitor these patients' blood pressure and as a result, accurately treat and intervene. Obese persons are at a disadvantage with the current medical equipment due to their anatomic variations. Their arm circumference, arm shape, arm tissues (layers of fat), and limited cuff options make it difficult to determine the correct cuff size, obtain complete arterial compression (necessary for auscultation method) and even more difficult to auscultate a blood pressure. It can be frustrating for providers and medical personnel and embarrassing for the patient. An incorrect cuff size can create blood pressure readings that are falsely high or falsely low. Not only can it be emotionally taxing for the patient and the medical personnel, the patient can suffer through the use of incorrect medication that is administered based upon an inaccurate reading. Since the technology is new it, has limitations such as cost, electronic equipment and software, and validation only in the left arm, the benefits far outweigh these risks. Untreated or under treated blood pressure can lead to complications such as end organ damage, increased risk for cardiovascular and kidney disease, risk for stroke, and shortened life span (Jiang et al., 2016). Through the use of an electronic monitor that utilizes oscillometry, it is possible to adequately read, trend, and manage blood pressure in a once difficult population.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
