         <description><![CDATA[<div>Surveys should be conducted quarterly by Solar Industries Ltd in order to retain current and relevant thoughts and feelings from their employees, but it will also allow engineers to express ideas as it says that they are in charge of product development.<br><br>A real life example of this is Jaguar Land Rover who will hand out surveys to there staff to ensure that they are happy, and making progress on the car production line.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Performance Appraisals </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In order to retain the skills and talent already in Solar Industries Ltd they will need to perform performance appraisals to motivate and also show staff that they are being recognised for hard work e.g. meeting deadlines.&nbsp;<br><br>Incentives could also be provided along with this e.g. bonuses to motivate employees, promotion opportunities could be provided to allow employees to stretch skills further.<br><br>A real life example of this could be Partners in a firm of Accountants. They will receive 6 monthly performance appraisals to ensure that their targets are being met.</div>]]></description>
