Professional Bike Rider

For the last 9 years I have been competing in cycling races in Israel and abroad, and have been part of the Israel National Team. I specialize in short Mountain Bike Races that take approximately 20 minutes to 1 hour. In my achievement record there are a few podium finishes at the Israeli Championships through the years and many wins in my age category. My next big goal is to became Israel Mountain Bike Champion in my age category.

Basketball Coach
I coach a few teams in the Girls Deparment in The Gilboa Maaynot Basketball Club, The girls ages range from 7 to 18. With the younger players my responsibility is to teach them fundamental skills while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship and ofcourse fun. With the older players my responsibilty is planning and delivering practices that improve their skills,teach them our team tactics and techniques that will make them the best players they can be. As part of my role I am also in charge of the Girls Department, social media which helps with premoting our teams.

I am the head officer of the training department in the 98 division which is responsible for three active brigades - the Commando Formation, the Paratroopers Brigade, the 214 Artillery Brigade and two more reserve brigades - the 551 Brigade which is the paratroopers reserves, and 55 Brigade which is the commando reserves. As the officer of the training department, I’m responsible for drills from A to Z. All the resources: ammunition, reserve-days, general budgets, and transportation. Also, I’m responsible for planning the drill itself - the drill schedule, location, and the competency of the soldiers. Apart from drills and exercises I’m also responsible for the division scheduling plan which dictates what each brigade does on each day of the year and the weekly divisional programs. And I’m responsible to make sure that all operations and drills are carried out as planned.

I work for a company called ISOTOP. The company checks building sites to make sure they are complying with the standards set by the Standards Institute. My job is to take samples of cement as it is being delivered and poured into the building site. I test it on site and also send samples back to the laboratory where they do further testing. At the moment I am stationed in Tel Aviv where they are building the underground tram. The job includes working 2-3 night shifts a week and I get to see why they call Tel Aviv , "A City That Never Stops"

I coach full time job and sometimes I coach from 6am until 10pm. How did I get to be a tennis coach? When I was 8 years old I started to play tennis and from then I didn’t leave my racquet, so tennis is a big part of my life. From young age I wanted to be a Tennis Coach.

I am a professional Handball Player. I play at Maccabi Arazim Ramat Gan Handball Club, which i grew up in. I also play for the National Team of Israel. We train five days a week, from Sunday till Thursday. My main position is Left Back but i can play in several more positions. In addition to training with the team, we need to go to the GYM by ourselves and to do weights training program that we got from our fitness coach. During the season we have Athena league games, but also our team is registered to compete in the European Challenge Cup - where we compete other teams from different countries and regions.
