         <description><![CDATA[<div>- When challenging behaviour remain consistent and calm but delivering the right message across the board<br>- Not assuming the reason behind behaviours, we don't always know whats going on in a person's life<br>- Acknowledging the value of all staff and students, their contribution to the college and how they are all a vital part of the college as a whole.<br>- To create a community of ongoing support and wellbeing<br>- Provide plenty of opportunities to share, discuss, learn and support one another. Knowing is the first step to understanding.<br>- Aim to always be approachable</div>]]></description>
