    We found the activity really useful in shaping a shared vision and culture for the schools/teams that we lead. It reinforced the need for us to take in different perspectives, respect individuality while seeing common landing points that we can build from.

    To try using metaphors to encourage the sharing of thoughts/ideas. Love how it encourages active listening.
