It gave an example of each term which overall assisted me in understanding corporate social responsibility.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><a href="https://www.boundless.com/management/textbooks/boundless-management-textbook/ethics-in-business-13/maintaining-ethical-standards-97/managers-role-in-ethical-conduct-456-3504/">https://www.boundless.com/management/textbooks/boundless-management-textbook/ethics-in-business-13/maintaining-ethical-standards-97/managers-role-in-ethical-conduct-456-3504/<br></a>I have knowledge of ethical codes but I was unaware of how managers handled it. This article outlined the role managers play when applying ethical standards.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><a href="http://www.whistleblowers.org/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=27">http://www.whistleblowers.org/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=27<br></a>The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 helped me understand whistle blowers and how it provided a framework for corporate employees.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

It has a very creative and draws the reader’s in.
