1-Explain the activity
When we was doing the team building we had to talk to eachother to make it work because we didnt know eachother therefore we had to talk to the people that was in our team so that we could win the challenges.
2-What went well?
We all spoke to eachother so that made everything about the challenges easier.
3-What would you change if you did it again?
I would have been more confident when doing the challenges as i felt a little bit awkward because i didnt know them and i got nervous as it was also my first day.

Evidence 2- Making friends 
1-Explain the activity
when i joined this group (adventure tourism) i only knew one of the people therefore i am all friends with them all now therefore i made alot of new friends when i joined college because there is about 8 of us.
2-What went well?
we all got on really well which is very good because there was no awkwardness at all.
3-What would you change if you did it again?
i would of opened up to more of them sooner because at first i was abit shy but now i know them really well therefore it was good.

Evidence 3- enrollment interview
1-Explain the activity
i had to speak to alot of the teachers and get to know people as i also had to speak to a teacher that was helping me set up my login account and i also met some friends that same day that i was talking to which was good and better for me as it made me more confident with what i was doing.
2-What went well?
my grades were good and i found out alot about the course which made me alot more confident going into my course for the future.
3-What would you change if you did it again?

1-Explain the activity
We did teambuilding when we went on a trip to the log cabins at how-stean gorge with college and we did numberous activities where you all had to do something in specific to be able to complete the challenge and you all had to work together or you dont make it through the the other games.
2-What went well?
Everyone was engaging and helping eachother with it therefore all of the games went well because there wasnt a single person getting pushed out.
3-What would you change if you did it again?
would try and think through what we were doing before we did it because we would of have a better go at doing all of the activities.

Evidence 2- Teambuilding in enrolment
1-Explain the activity
When i first enrolled we had to do teambuilding with different people from different courses in the college therefore we was doing things like seeing how many people can skip at once and seeing how much you can get and with this it only takes one person to mess it up therefore you all have to work with them as a team to be able to win the challenge that does get harder as you go.
2-What went well?
Everyone participated in the challenge therefore the challenge went well and nobody was left out and every single person went through with it and completed the challenge as everyone got on with eachother.
3-What would you change if you did it again?
If i did it again i would try and be alot more confident doing things with people that i have never met before so i would try and have more involvement with the activities that we were doing on enrollment day.

Evidence 3- Team quilt
1-Explain the activity
We had to get different colour pieces of paper and then we had to all write are names on of of them each but we had to write a fact on the back of them but we then all had to work together to make all of the papers that we had into one big quilt where you tie all of them together with string.
2-What went well?
we completed the task as we all got our peices of paper attached and we made a good quilt as some of the other teams didnt even complete their quilts.
3-What would you change if you did it again?

seeing everybody else do it and join in it made me alot more motivated to join in and it did for alot of other people aswell because alot of people must have felt uncomfortable like me as there were alot of strangers and its not often i meet new people therefore it was a very big thing for me as i saw other people doing the activities it made everything alot easier than what it was for me at the start.
what went well?
I got more confident and my motivation got better and when i joined in i got more comfotable with the people that i was with therefore that helped to motivate me to do more of the challenges that were set in the team building. Also i got on with the people that i was working with on my team which made things alot better and easier.
what would you have done better?
I would have joined in on the activities more quicker than what i did because it would have motivated me more and better and alot quicker. I also would have spoke more because then i would have been able to ask more questions about what we were doing.

were we doing different activities like caving , gorge walking and absailing and watching other people made you feel like you could do it too as there was people that was scared of doing it but when they did they got there faster than they thought and it made you feel like you were more confident in doing the activities therefore it motivated me to do more throughout all of the activities.
what went well?
everyone participated nicely and got it done and when you were doing it . it made the activity more fun and before you know it you were on to the next which gave you adrenaline to do even more.
what could you have done better?
i could have gone before other people as there were people braver than me but i still did it even though i was really scared i motivated my friends and myself to do the activities too.

Evidence 3- Camping trip

we went on a really long walk and as some of us arent really used to walking that far we all helped and motivated eachother to walk even more as there were big hills and a couple of mountains as we walked for miles things got better but we did it in the end by motivating eachother throughout the long walk.
what went well?
we were all really good at helping eachother and we all got rewarded with a rest and a nice warm shower afterwards and we all ate and it benefits us all anyway as we was doing alot of fitness that day.
what could you have done better?

when i had this job i was 13 years old and i did stocking up shelves and i had to do tickets and put them on and it was also customer service therefore i had to communicate and use some other personal skills etc.
what went well? 
i worked there successfully for just over a year and got a certificate in health and saftey too i did the suggested hours and got paid for doing the job.
what could you have done better?
I could of worked a little more faster when i was on the bigger isles and i wish i could of understood what people was saying when they spoke different languages as it made me feel like i was being rude as i couldnt answer the questions that they wanted to ask.

we went camping with one other group who were military prep and they had organised a walk for us to go over mam tor however we had walked there and over other hills/ mountains too and eventually the miles we had walked were about 10-12 miles and when i was walking up the first hill i already wanted to give up therefore i kept going until the end even though i really wanted to stop and have a sit down but i didnt for the whole time we was on the walk for.
what went well?
it was good for my fitness therefore it was a benefit for my health and everyone elses and everybody was hydrated and they was also fed as we set off early enough that we had breakfast and then we got back in time for lunch therefore it was good and some people also brought snacks to have while we was on the walk so most of it went well.
what could you have done better?
if i could do anything better i wish i would of stopped complaining that i was tierd the whole way i wish that i had just shut up and got on with the walk as i made it back perfectly fine.

explain
we went to a lodging trip where we did all sort of different activities and gorge walking was one of them and we had to absail into a gorge and then we put wetsuits on and made our way through the gorge however i didnt really like how cold the water was so it made me panick
what went well?
i made it most of the way through the gorge without giving up 
what could you have done better?
i could have tried to calm out abit when i was panicking because of how cold the water is

we all worked together to try and find out how to make a blanket with facts with our groups and we didnt know how to make it hut we kept trying and eventually we got it and we made it sucessfully

whenever i go in zezt and i buy food to eat whenever i am done with my food i use the recycling bins that college have placed all around the canteen, like for example if i have a plastic bottle i will put it in the bottle bin however if i had mixed rubbish i would put it in the general waste and if i had a paper tray with food in i could put it in the paper recycling bin in the canteen. 
 what went well?
it is helpful to the community and it makes the place more sustainable.
what could you have done better?
i could bring my own water bottle instead of buying plastic bottles and throwing them away everyday.

Evidence 2- walking to college

Everyday that i have college i walk there and i also walk back this is sustainable as i am not travelling in a motor that can cause air pollution which is unsustainable , also walking benefits my health to therefore a 20 minute walk there and  20 minute walk back it a good example
what went well?
it is sustainable and it is also easy to do as i do not live too far 
what could you have done better?
i could be on time everyday as sometimes i can be late to college

explain
instead of bringing money to buy a plastic water bottle from zezt everyday i bring a reusable bottle with a drink in because otherwise it can create alot more of general waste and me being the one that is not buying those bottles or if i did i could put them in the recycling bin therefore it helps the communities.

i could try and do some of my assignments at home to do it quicker however, i have a job and i have a puppy therefore i do not have much time at home

the food was already paid for snd i didnt have to bring any money because the college had already paid for us

i could have found out before the trip that we didnt need money as i could have soent that money on getting bottles of water for everyone or saving the money for other opportunities.

explain. if i have unfinished work i have a money benefit as i have the money for devices like a laptop where i can finish my work at home instead of having to stay behind at college so that i can catch up and also get the work done for when the teachers want it done.

i could have made sure that i uploaded all of my documents onto onedrive so that i am able to get into every single assignment that i wouldnt be able to finish due to it being saved onto my documents instead.
