Bullism are repeated, harmful and aggressive behaviors between people who vary in their level of strength and can be both physical and psychological. They include blows, beatings, verbal harassment, offensive gestures, exclusion or simply pressure to suit the one you want or say the bully. Much research into bullying has been made in a school context, so the most widely-accepted definition of bullying is provided by Australian researcher Ken Rigby (2002), which states that "bullshit is a desire to harm the other + an action that hurt + a repression (typically) + an unfair use of force + a delight of the aggressor as well as a general feeling of being prevalent to the victim. " Bullism are repeated, harmful and aggressive behaviors between people who vary in their level of strength and can be both physical and psychological. They include blows, beatings, verbal harassment, offensive gestures, exclusion or simply pressure to suit the one you want or say the bully. These characteristics make bullism not just a violent atypical behavior and very specific in relation to other types of violence in school but also very difficult to identify as such. In other words, violent behavior occurring among students for other reasons not included in the definition given above is not considered as bullying. Such behavior may be severe reactions in case of casualties caused by the victim.

How can we prevent bullying?

Normally parents, school staff as teachers or psychologists or child carers can do a lot for that. First of all, we need to know how to talk to the children about bullying, make sure they understand each to say bullism and to realize that they should not accept it at any moment. If we want to help the children, then we should try to be their friends, show interest in their school life, daily activities, friends, every day or even their worries. To encourage children to do what you like is something that parents and teachers are often forgetting, turning into a race of parents and teachers, children are those who do not choose almost what they truly enjoy then come up with their expectations of expectations if they are not where they are! What if we can model children how can treat others with courtesy and respect, it is already known that children model the behaviors they see.
