The city is famous for the transportation of the Machine of Santa Rosa,in honor of the patron saint. In 2013, the machine has been included by UNESCO as Intangible Heritage of dell'Umanity. Viterbo is also known for it's ancient spa tradition and from Villa Lante, one of the major achievements of the sixteenth century italiano.Villa speaker it is in Bagnaia, just 4 km from Viterbo and is one of the most significant examples of Italian garden, with two beautiful buildings and its wonderful artistic fountains.
