But they take coaching!<br><br>To get the most out of learning partners, you might….<br><br>🧩Do a little bit of social engineering. You might pair students who have social cohesion, similar work levels, or similar interests.<br><br>🗣Name explicit expectations for what learning partner time should look like, sound like, and feel like.<br><br>👯Have students sit by one another in the mini-lesson area, so they can turn &amp; talk.<br><br>✅ End most classes with a learning partner or study group check-in. Partners can share the work they completed for the day, clarify outstanding confusions, and make a homework plan so they are ready for learning the next day.<br><br>💬 Study partner talk and give class feedback.
