1) Take the time to share how you’ve been feeling. This can be a time for you to vent. Let us know what you’re going through and what you might need.           

2) Take the time to read a few of your classmates posts in the thread also.    
3) REPLY to AT LEAST TWO PEOPLE...keep in mind that when people vent, they aren’t necessarily asking for advice, but more so needing an ear (in this case eyes) to “listen” and understand. 

4) KEEP THESE DISCUSSIONS CONFIDENTIAL → if any of this finds its way outside of ESSJ’s 10th grade cohort, then consequences and repercussions will ensue.
