         <title>Physical Health</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Reflection: I am good at physical health because I exercise at lest 4 times a week . Everyday I try to do at least one thing active even if it is just walking around for a bit. I also try to eat many fruits and vegetables everyday, but more fruits. I also go for yearly appointments. <br><br>Goal: My goal is to at least eat two cups of fruits and vegetables a day and spend less time laying around.   </div>]]></description>

But, I am good at putting other people before me and I am good at keeping meaningful relationships with the people most important to me.<br> <br>Goal: My goal is to go to at least one social event each week and talk to one person I do not already know. </div>]]></description>

I also get frustrated rarely and when I do I let it go after awhile. One thing I could work on is sometimes I can only find the negatives in situations<br>. <br>Goal: My goal is to self evaluate my day and focus on the good things that happened throughout the day and solve any conflicts I may have. </div>]]></description>

I am a big believer on everything happens for a reason. But, I can improve on how long I look into my spiritual life. <br><br>Goal: My goal is to take mental walks to reflect on my surroundings and spend at least five minutes a day praying. </div>]]></description>
