Learning is a journey and all its touch points matters. All touch points with different people and different things can innovatively add value to the whole learner eXperience Journey ( of course with different weights )

Learning is a lifelong Journey with some stops that we have a rest and get on or get off the vehicle. At each station, we decide on the way we will go on and which vehicle to choose. If we want to fly with our dreams, we choose planes; if we want to go faster, we choose trains; if we want to travel as a part of a group, we choose buses; if we want to travel safer, we choose cars. And if we want to discover, we prefer ships to stand to sea or if we want to keep our feet on the ground, we prefer to go just on foot. And at each station we meet new people that we choose some to accompany or we are chosen to be accompanied by. So Journey goes on with our choices and decisions.

Educators should hold the mirror for learners to help them reflect deeply and sustainably on their practices and reach a better understanding of themselves; emotions and actions, and how they impact them and those around them. Mirrors should be held long enough for learners until they are able to practice reflection on their and transcend those relfelctions to explore endless possibilities through never endless windows.

Mirror can be a self-reflection method for students and teachers that they can evaluate their own learning and teaching processes. Through mirror they can see what is wrong and/or what is good for their improvement and they can decide what they need during this process. As needs differ from people to people and if one can see his/her deficiency, he/she can search for best ways to complete it. As a self-reflection step, mirror can be a part of self evaluation.

Mobile learning offers the unparalleled flexibility of time. Learning is not bound by the restrictions of time. Students can choose to learn a particular topic at a time when they feel most productive and receptive. For example, many children are more alert in the evenings and almost sleepwalk through their days in school. They can use mobile learning apps to learn in the evenings and spend their mornings in other activities.

One of the most difficult and most important tasks in becoming a teacher is
learning how to accurately assess individual children and use the results to inform curriculum planning and teaching. James Popham, an educational psychologist at the University of California at Los Angeles says, “Teachers who can test well will be better teachers” (2005, p. 1). By this he means that when teachers are careful observers, they know what children can do, what children are working on, and when and how to introduce new challenges to support children’s learning.
Appropriate assessments, including careful listening and observing, help teachers monitor students’ progress, clarify their instructional intentions, and determine the effectiveness of instructional practice. Understanding assessment and knowing how
to use it appropriately are crucial to effective teaching.
