He then gets into boxing, and it's an emotional roller coaster for him. The character Rocky Balboa said this quote, and he said it to explain to Adonis that there is going to be times when you don't always win, but it is the real winner's who get up and fight to the finish. This relates to the theme, because there is going to be times when you want to give up on something, but you have to keep on fighting until you achieve your goals. There will be times when I want to give up or not talk, but it will help me better in life to not give up, and always strive for my goals. The morale of this whole theme, is not speaking up or doing much to help yourself, is only hurting yourself.
