 If Marigold does not care for this issues, they would have only recall for the reported HL chocolate milk but not all the HL product.
They've done their part although they may face dropping of reputation to their brand.
Suggestion is that Marigold should as fast as possible to check the source of the problem and give explanation to consumers as a hold in their reputation in the market.

This case actually gave people bad impressions about buying the milk product as they are worried that they would have a higher percentage of having stomach side effect, but fortunately there's no long term side effect. Consumers should also take considerations of checking the expiry dates as well as reading instructions such as "It's best to be consumed for 10 days after the product is being consumed for the first time". Consumers should also not blame the company as Singapore's branch are not effected and I'm sure that the company is being tight up with strict rules and regulations as Singapore are very particular about the contains in products and the milk productions.  Unfortunately, cases like this happened, the authority of the company should take the courtesy to apologize and  be responsible to those victims who are affected. Besides, Marigold company should once again do more researches on this cases as to improve the milk quality when its being imported to Malaysia.
