I find it cool as a resource and getting to know what is really happening out there in the world of research.

This site is a fantastic professional networking platform where people looking for jobs posts their CVs and employers posts vacancies. One's friends on it can also inform on potential employment. Although I haven't gotten a job through it, I think it's a great network for the purpose as I know people who moved jobs thanks to it.
