    Not everyone is clear how policy procedure and effectiveness are evaluated in regards to effectiveness

    With ongoing challenges to staff our school with qualified employees, turnover and vacancies, maintaining an adequate, safe, functional and well maintained environment is a challenge.  How could we all improve with covering the gaps, training new staff?
