In one high-profile engagement, Mr. Chevlin spearheaded a civil service reform pilot for the Puerto Rican government. He assessed growth opportunities spanning areas such as workload, skills, structure, and pay philosophy. The government ultimately set in place protocols based on these recommendations across seven divisions of the civil service, from education to health.

A Columbia University graduate, Mr. Chevlin completed his BA in political science and earned membership in the Phi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society. As an undergraduate, he was active with Learfield IMG College as a marketing and sales associate, working to forge nationwide brand tie-ups with partners that included Bumble and Bird. Passionate about sports, Ben Chevlin was the varsity soccer team captain in high school, and he maintains a competitive mentality in his professional pursuits.</description>
