I learned as a leader you should be able to give all members a chance to speak as it can cause everyone to feel included and not left unheard.

Make sure everyone understands what is being said, is two members speak among themselves it can cause confusion and even conflict making another member unaware and unprepared.

Keep the discussion on the agenda item, getting off task can take up time and cause the whole group to feel rushed.

Summarize the conclusion of the discussion, having a summary of your conclusion can help others understand the point and idea of your speech and hypothesis.

Ask those who are to shy to join the discussion, as a shy person it would be nice to be asked my opinion instead of members only speaking among themselves.

These are all factors that can make you a great leader as it shows that you care about everyone you work with and helps the group succeed.

-Keeping a discussion, getting off of a specific topic could waste time and then end up making people feel rushed.

-People who talk less should be called in to talk about their opinions

-While talking its important that what is being said is understood by everyone so simple conversation between 2 should not be needed

-A discussion should be summarized at the end so people can truly understand the significance of it

All members in a group should be given the stage to talk this will make everyone feel needed and heard

1) Flexibility is important as a leader because you should have good adaptability and the ability to guide.

2) The ability to be silent because you shouldn't always have to disrupt silence, let others speak so everyone gets a chance.

3) Imagination because you should be able to know what to do in the situation that something doesn't end up working out and create possible new plans with your group.

4) Patience is a virtue in leadership because as a leader, not everything will go your way and you have to have restraint when it comes to others.

5) Balance because leadership requires an equal part from everyone; everyone has to have an equal role to reach the end goal.

1.Observation: A good facilitator watches how people are acting and what they are saying. This is important because it helps them understand and guide the conversation better

2.Flexibility: Facilitators need to be flexible because discussions don't always go as planned. Being flexible helps them adjust so everyone can stay involved and the conversation keeps moving.

3.Patience: Patience is important because some people need more time to share their thoughts. A facilitator should stay calm and give everyone a chance to speak.

4.Silence: Sometimes silence is helpful in a discussion. It gives people time to think what was said and come up with ideas before speaking.

5. Connections: Facilitators help group members connect their ideas with each other. This is important because it helps the group understand different perspectives and have deeper discussion.

Creating connections: Facilitators help connect different members in the group to their responses and the larger themes of the discussion. I find this crucial because it helps the group gain a deeper understanding of the conversation.

Patience: Maintaining patience even through exciting parts and understanding when a group member doesn't understand what's going on. This can show how you're trying to remain cool and understand, and not so quick to judge.

Balance: Maintaining balance as a facilitator can be challenging, where you have to observe the conversations and try not to take over the conversations, and be open to new ideas.

Flexibility: Being flexible in groups can be difficult in itself, but being flexible as a facilitator can be even more difficult because you have to play different roles in the group as well as your own.

Observation: Keeping track of the conversation and ensuring it stays on topic.
