         <description><![CDATA[<div>to find the mass of a solid place the solid on a balance and record the mass in grams. to find the volume of a solid first fill a beaker with water then weigh the graduated cylinder on the balance and record the weight, then you put 5 ml of water in the graduated cylinder and record the weight of that together. once that's done you slide the solid in and subtract the volume of the solid from the volume  of the graduated cylinder and that's how you find a objects volume</div>]]></description>
