1. please fill out the order form first. payment is made after you’ve submitted the form.

2. payment is available via qris, shopeepay, ovo, gopay, and dana only.

3. once the payment has been made, orders can’t be cancelled or refunded.

4. estimated working time is 1–14 days, depending on the current queue.

5. maximum request is 3 items per person.

♡ photo rules

6. please provide your own photo for the layout. i don’t accept fanart, fansite, fancafe, phoning, or any unauthorized (“haram”) photos.

7. for anime/2d requests, there’s a rendering fee of rp5.000/photo. if i already have the render, there won’t be any additional fee.

8. if you’re unsure which photo to use, feel free to consult with me through dm before ordering! (ᐢ. .ᐢ)♡

౨ৎ revisions & delivery

9. each order includes up to 3 minor revisions only. major revisions aren’t included.

10. a preview will be sent once your order is finished. the final files will be delivered through an adrive link.

11. your finished layout may be displayed in my telegram portfolio. if you’d prefer to keep it private, just let me know through dm! don’t worry, i’ll always ask for your permission first. ♡

♡ loyalty card

12. for made by request orders, you’ll receive 1 loyalty stamp for every item worth rp10.000 or more. multiple eligible items can earn multiple stamps.

13. collect 4 stamps to get 20% off your next order. collect 8 stamps to receive 1 free layout (no maximum price limit). ꒰ა ♡ ໒꒱

14. if you already have a loyalty card, please send it every time you place an order so i can update your stamps.

17. please don’t resell my catalogues or ready stock layouts. please respect my work and support artists fairly. if you’re found reselling my work without permission, you’ll be asked to pay for the damages caused.
