Upload a picture/a description of the idea that you have come up with based on the scenario. Be ready to present your idea in class. You can choose to present a 30s skit as well!

Let us now try to improve others' ideas by using PPCo:

• Pluses – What do you like about the idea? ​

• Potentials – What possibilities might this new idea open up? What are the novel aspects of this idea? Who can benefit from it? When and where does it work best?​

• Concerns – What concerns might you have about this idea? Express your concerns as “how might we …” statements. ​

• Overcome Concerns – Choose the most important concern and brainstorm at least a dozen ways to overcome it. Determine if you want to move forward or modify your idea. 

Comment on the post that you have been assigned by discussing with your own group members (tip: you can try to make the idea more practical/less fantastical)

Pick one item from each category and combine them. What new ideas can you generate? ​

Continue to pick other items and force them together to create many more ideas. (Do not worry if the ideas are not feasible as they may be developed later or used to trigger other creative possibilities.)

As a group, pick the top, most interesting or intriguing idea.
