         <description><![CDATA[<div>Chad-  Jody and I have built a toolbox of strategies (based of AVID strategies) that we use with the UPO's.  We focus on expanding the amount our students read and write in the daily class.  We pay special attention to ensuring that we build scaffolds that allow students to read independently and not just listen to others reading.</div>]]></description>
