         <description><![CDATA[<p>Wars’ effects</p><p>Short term effects:</p><p>-Displacment of civilians.</p><p>-Destruction of energy and civilian infrastructure causing severe shortages of essential needs.</p><p>-Conscription and enlistment requiring civilians to be forced into millitary action.</p><p>-Famine and, drought due to the heavy vechiles that destroy farmland and cause dust storms.</p><p><br/></p><p>Long term effects:</p><p>-Destruction of economic developments and infrastructure causing deficits in income and average living costs.</p><p>-Lack of infrastructure will cause existing infrastructure to be overstressed resulting in worse essential services and their quality. </p><p>-Governance over occupied regions is weaker resulting in possible rebellions and cession.</p><p>-Local goods produced in war torn regions are lowered in quality and have increased cost for production resulting in higher basic good costs.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
