Teachers and learners are not the only ones who are affected by this pandemic, but as well as the parents and other stakeholders. In this time of crisis, we have to be resilient and flexible to make sure that learning will continue in any way possible. There are lots of ways and option to make sure that we will not neglect the needs of education. Adapting the best practices of teachers will improve the teaching and learning process and making sure that the activities will be done with the help of colleagues and stakeholders with correct various strategic approaches to different learning situation.

Good or Bad, Acknowledge Them

We should not only see the good things happening, but we also have to acknowledge the issues and problems in school if there is any for us to come up in an action plan that would give us clear directions to address such. When we do that, we are not just helping the students or the concerned individuals, but we are also helping ourselves to be better.

It's hard to keep the same routine when you have to physically distance from others especially, if you are at high risk of getting sick from the virus. But we still have to keep ourselves fit and healthy despite of our present situation. Staying healthy requires smart lifestyle choices, occasional check up and test. Let's find many ways to keep our mind, body and soul as healthy as we could imagine.

Keeping yourself adjusted and updated with the demands and protocols of the new normal in Education is indeed a must. We should still offer our good service and cater the needs of our client (students) even we are struggling in this pandemic. Education must continue and everyone (stakeholders, teachers, students, parents) should be involved.

We cannot predict of what changes/challenges will happen next in our lives or in our field of work but if you really believe, you can, we make things possible to cope those changes and challenges. Put efforts to provide best practices for our students, with collaboration and positive communication with fellow teachers and parents these are some of those strategies to pursue things in good way.

Accepting challenges in teaching- learning in the New Normal is a must. We teachers must to accept, be flexible and yet mor strategic to reach out students and parents to meet their needs and concerns.

Working in this new normal is not easy. Due to this pandemic, distance learning modality is the one that we are using to continue education. However, there are many students cannot provide things needed like gadgets to easily cope up with the lessons. So, as teachers, we should ensure that students who do not have access in technology don't feel neglected. We should find different ways/ practices on how we can guide our learners. But, do it with so much care.

We can't deny the fact that pandemic had a big impact in our lives. Because of it, everyone had adjustments especially us, teachers, in this new system of education.
This activity (INSET) helps us to cope with what we can do in the new normal education. With the help of the teachers, school head and our stakeholders, we can able to give our students the learning they need in the best way we can. Also, we were able to adjust step by step in this kind of set up. Truly, when unity and cooperation is present, our works will be easier 💖

The education of the learners must be continued even though there is still the presence of CoViD-19, it is because if the education of the learners will be stopped, it may tend to loss their interest, love for learning and forget everything that they have acquired in school. That is why, education must continue even if there is still the pandemic.

We all know that life isn’t easy, that’s why there are some who are giving up already, because as one song said, it’s not always rainbows and butterflies, and we all have our own struggles to meet, challenge to face, and silent battles to fight, but still we need to courageously fight all of those, because those struggles, challenges, and silent battles of ours are actually making us grow and make progress.

So we just need to go through what we go through for us to grow.

Punong-puno man ng hamon at pag -alala ang pandemyang ito. Patuloy pa rin nating haharapin at pagbubutihin ang ating sinumpaang tungkulin bilang Public School Secondary Teacher.
Anuman ang naidulot ng coronavirus, natutuwa akong sabihin na hindi pumalya at nagtuluy-tuloy lang tayo na gumawa at magturo ng klase sa pamamagitan ng video chat, text messaging at iba pang paraan. Natutuwa din ako na makitang nakikinig at nakikiisa ang mga magulang at Tagapangalaga ng ating mga mag-aaral.
Marami man Tayong nakikinig na mga reklamo bang maituturing hinding Hindi tayo titigil at gagawa Tayo mga bagay para matulungan ang ating mga mag-aaral at stakeholders para sa kanilang kinabukasan.

Sa pandemik na ating kinakaharap sa kasalukuyang panahon,nakikita at nadarama natin ang hirap na nararanasan nating mga guro at mag-aaral lalot higit ang kanilang mga magulang sa larangan ng edukasyon,pagtutulungan at pagmamalasakit ang nagiging panuntunan natin upang maidaos ang pag-aaral,dahil ayaw din namang maiwan sa laylayan ng mga magulang ang kanilang mga anak,Hamon ito sa ating mga guro kaagapay ang magulang upang maipagpatuloy nila at makamit ang pangarap nila.
Sa pagbibigay natin ng halaga sa pagsisikap nilang mag-aral kita natin ang ibubunga ng ating pagpupunyagi (magulang,mag-aaral at guro) upang silay makapagtapos,at higit sa lahat mababakas natin ang bunga ng kanilang pagsisikap...kaya laban sa lupit ng panahon,pagtutulungan,pagmamala-sakit ay matatanaw na maaabot ng bawat mag-aaral natin.

Ang pagsiklab ng pandemya sa bansa ay nagbunsod ng malalaking hamon na aking kinaharap sa panahong ito. Nariyan ang takot at pangamba sa aking kaligtasan gayundin ng aking pamilya sapagkat ang sakit na kumakalat sa bansa ay labis at lubhang nakahahawa.Kung kaya naman ito ay nag-iwan ng takot sa aking isipan. Sa usaping edukasyon, ako ay kumakaharap ng isang matinding hamon sa pagbabago ng pamamaraan ng pagtuturo gayundin ang paggamit ng mga kinakailangang materyal.Batid kong lahat ay nahihirapan sa panahon ng panddemya subalit ang mga pagsubok na ito ay hindi natin dapat sukuan. Maging matatag,malakas sa hamon ng buhay. Palagiang magdasal sa Panginoong Maykapal. Laban lang hanggang matapos ang laban. Huwag susuko...💪💪💪🙏🙏🙏

Inspite of challenges that happen during the pandemic, still we have to look forward the best strategies to cope anxiety, stress and the situations of having worries and boredom. We need to have positive outlook in life, staying connective with other people, being mindful and by extend helping hand with others. Creativity and learning new skills will also a great help. We are all in this time together. As an educator
, we need to innovate ways to response the changes happen in education system.
