         <description><![CDATA[<div>This website provides information on how educators can support Emergent Bilinguals beyond just academics. It also gives details on some issues English Language Learners might be dealing with in their own lives such as poverty, immigration status, and high levels of stress resulting from immigration status. Using a Strengths-Based Approach, teachers can support their ELL students by focusing on their students' inner strengths. To do this, teachers should learn as much as they can about their students to help build strong relationships with them, and use asset-based language in their conversations with them.</div>]]></description>
