They are very cheerful and understanding. Also the activities are very enjoyable.First activity My own star is  a good warm up activity. I can use it in my classes.  But the second activity treasure hunt (my favourite one) is a bit difficult for my pupils. I must adapt it. I will make two groups. While the first group are trying to find hidden words(colors or words from their books)  in the garden, the other group will try to match the words with the correct pictures.
I have some questions about Pdc meetings in my mind, but I hope I will find the answers at the end of the training.

I loved all the activities in the morning and I will use them both in my PDC meetings and also in my classes. Drawing our name is a very good warmer and also the telephone lines. My students will love them and I can use telephone lines in different topics( country and nationalities, family members). I make two groups.They will be a member of family and they try to introduce themselves (their name their age) and then the beginner go back to the line and go on.
Also the onion ring is very useful and exciting. I am sure my students will like this one.Again I can adapt it for a lot of subjects.
In the afternoon, the activities are a bit boring, the questionaire, jigsaw reading. Today's warmer is a good one: what have we got in common race. All the class is active and motivated to be the first one. So I liked its energy and I will use it definitely.
In the model and drill, Swany is perfect both using her gestures and also repetation. Also, in this activity I remembered that sometimes I forgot to backchaining in my classes. I will be careful about this. 
In the checklist and adapting dialogues part, I can see the important missing   part of our coursebooks and also how can we adapt it into child-friendly and natural.
Hidden words is another good warmer that I can adapt in primary classes.Maybe some of them get difficulty to make sentences but to find the hidden word is exciting. 
Today's Last activity Gallery walk is educating for me. Because I have been preparing my plans for 13 years alone so  this time group friends made me to enrich my lesson plans more effectively.

All warmers and activities are well again. Shared reading is an effective method to activate our students mind but we dont have enough time for enough reading. I can use this game in every grades and for every subjects. It is very enjoyable. 
We studied a difficult problem for every language teachers: spelling. The methods we focused on especially look, say, cover, write and check is very effective way to improve spelling. 
We got very enjoyed with Mücahit while writing mnemonia for the word diarrhoea( I checked the spelling😁)
Double ice cream are really really healthy on elephant's ankle.
At least once I will try this in my classes. 
Classroom management is very important for me. If the environment isnt comfortable for the students, I do not feel ready for the lesson. Then, I will set a good context which is the most important  thing. Different materials for Different type of students should be there. And another important issue is ICQs. If a teacher wants to manage an activity, he/she should check the understanding of instructions.If the students dont understand what to do, they will get confused and unwilling to do the activity. 
As an another element of classroom management is whole class feedback. The class would be motivated to see their friends to do the same thing. 
I want to learn more about child-friendly tests. But now, it is also a key element for me to see myself during the lessons  and also an informative and supportive technique.
The greatest benefit of being in a PDC is sharing my experiences with my colleagues and also learning from theirs. 
I will get use of my networks here. Because first of all, our trainers are very successful ones and also my classmates are full of energy and experiences. We will help each other while establishing our PDCs in our area. I can  use new techniques that I've learnt here. Also I can ask, mail or call  any question to my friends here.
Here, we studied a lot of topics about Pdc. It is a big project.I am appriciated. It includes not only classroom management techniques, but also assessment tools.Also, receptive and productive skills, warmers, ice breakers, settlers and stirrers.I mean every thing about teaching English. I know most of these items but with the help of this training, I remembered how to use them more effectively. Anyway, as a suggestion I can manage the process more efficiently if I have a chance to check my PDC process step by step.
