It reminds us that we need to not label students as "troublemakers", but rather ask ourselves why a student is behaving a certain way and address it. Our job as teachers is not to exclude those who struggle, but to connect with and help them further. It is a great read and I plan to implement the concepts in my future classroom.</div>]]></description>
