I discovered that good communication is not only about grammar but also about clarity, confidence, and relevance.

I realized that tailoring my answers or letters to the specific audience (employer, interviewer, scholarship committee) makes a big difference.

I discovered my own strengths and weaknesses in English—for example, I am good at expressing ideas but need to polish formal vocabulary and sentence structure.

I learned a lot especially on how to score job interviews and resume practice. Thank you for teaching us these past few weeks eventhough I believe it was quite tiring for Miss too :)

Tasks such as writing résumés and job application letters helped me to reflect back on my educational journey, and identify certain things that I would like to work on further. And the mock job interview was also a valuable assessment that helped me recognise my strengths and weakness when it comes to interviews.

Miss Norfakhriah is an amazing teacher. She was always patient and kind with us during our lessons, and understood the difficulties we faced while having to take this course online in the middle of our clinical studies. And even through the limitations of the online medium, her fun and innovative teaching methods (such as through the use of AI, Padlet, and other resources) never failed to keep us engaged.
