As I was entering college here at the U of A, I rushed and went Pi Beta Phi! I never thought it would become what it is now. I have met some of my favorite people under the roof of Pi Phi and will never let these friendships go. I have also learned how to be active in the community and be there for those who don't even know they need it! I currently live in house and have a little that means the world to me. I am so glad I made the decision to register for rush, and run home to the angels at Pi Beta Phi.

UARK Waterski Club

Last year, as a freshman, I joined the club waterski team in my sister's footsteps. I knew how to ski on a slalom but did not stand out on the team. I had a lot of fun trying but it was not until this year that I really applied myself and saw improvements out on the water. After leaving my High School sport, it was hard to find a place where I could see hard work pay off. It was not immediate at first but that is what the waterski club eventually became for me. I have met so many fun, inspiring individuals who made this club a sweet, sweet place. I really miss it during the winter months!

Elementary Education Major

Hahah this is the only picture I have being studious. One day I will have a picture of myself in my own classroom and I am so excited for that! Until then, I attend my classes to graduate with a Bachelors in Elementary Education. I have always wanted to be a teacher and am really enjoying the classes that help me get there. The classes that teach me HOW to teach are really helpful and I am really interested in the classes that cover child/ early adult psychology. I cannot wait to use everything I have been taught and run a class of my own!
