There is also a lesson that accompanies this brain boost which teaches students the importance of their brains. One of the students will get a small Play-Doh can. They will then bring it back to their desk and have 1 minute to make an animal, vegetable, fruit, etc (the student creating the object will not show their partner until the minute is up.) The students partner will only get three guesses for what the animal is. the Students will then switch and follow the same steps.<br><strong>When I would use it:</strong></div><div>-I would use this activity with a creativity lesson. They will be able to be creative with what they are making with Play-Doh.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Website Address: </strong>https://minds-in-bloom.com/20-three-minute-brain-breaks/<br><strong>Description</strong>: In this game students mill about the classroom saying, “mingle, mingle, mingle” in soft voices until the teacher says, “Groups of 5,” at which point the students must quickly group themselves into groups with the correct number of people. Students who are left over must do three jumping jacks before the next round starts. The teacher can call out any number for the group size. You can also add rules such as: as soon as a group is complete, all members must sit down in a line.<br><strong>Would I would use it:</strong></div><div>-This activity would be a good way to put people into groups (4th-5th grade). The only drawback is this website, from what I could tell, is a membership based website. <br>Activity: Blazer Fresh<br>This is one of the videos that I saw students dance to in the second grade classroom that I was in. Students studies the lyrics in read to self time and were able to move/dance while they sang along with the lyrics.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
