         <description><![CDATA[<p>-Officer Martin McFadden of Cleveland noticed 2 men who were acting really suspicious. These men kept walking past the same store and looking in the same window, then going back to a corner and talking quietly. </p><p>- This happened on October 31, 1963</p><p>-Fadden eventually followed them, since he feared that the men might have a gun. When he patted them down, he revealed a gun on both Terry and Chilton.</p><p>-Terry and Chilton were charged with carrying concealed weapons</p><p>-The defendants argued that they had been searched without probable cause which goes directly against the 4th Amendment</p><p> -The case was argued Dec 12, 1967, and was decided on Jun 10, 1968</p>]]></description>
