         <description><![CDATA[   Good morning to the teachers and friends.I am adrina, the president of the school Counselling Club. Recently, I had the oppurtunity to attend a seminar about ' Stress Management ' so I thought it would be nice for me to share this knowledge with everyone in this club. I would also love to thank the teachers for giving me a thumbs up about giving this talk.

   Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension that gives a negative impact towards a person both mentally and physically. The main question is what made us so stress ? It has a lot of causes and one of them is loss of friends. Friends are the one who give you an emotional support and love. Losing one of them means losing the one you love. Our thoughts can also pressure us into thinking that we were the reason they left and blame ourselves until the end. Other than that, major illness also caused stress. Fighting a decease can be so hard and demotivating, if you fail to keep a high spirit you might fall into a pit of stress. Besides that,peer pressure. This is pretty common around students either from their family or a group of friends. Example, parents pressuring their child to only get flying colours in their examination or feeling left out because you fail to achieve what your group of friends had achieve. On the other hand, facing big changes can also leads to stress because adapting to something new is pretty challenging. Next,unhealthy lifestyle like not getting enough sleep, not eating and not exercising. Unhealthy lifestyle can make your body tired and stress out. Example,sufficient sleep puts our bodies at ease.

Now that i have done talking about the causes, may I ask if anyone knows ways to lead a stress-free life ? From the seminar it had thought me a lot of stuff throughout the activities and one of them is making times for hobbies
and interests.Activities that aren't associated with work, chores or other responsibilities will help you to relax and enjoy. Therefore, Hobbies give you a way to take your mind off the stresses of everyday life.Other than that, get enough rest and sleep. Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. example adults need seven to ten hours of sleep. After that, seek out social support. This will help you to gain strength just by talking to them about your days whether bad day or good days. It can be your family or your friends. They will help you to get back on your feet no matter how stressful it is.Besides that, accept that there are things that you cannot control. Example, we can never turn back time nor jump forward. We also cannot satisfy everyone in this world because that is just how it works. With these mindset, it will help us to receive criticism in a good way. Next, stop holding on to grudges and anger because in the end it will only hurt you for pushing
other people away. Lastly,meditate. This will help you to cleanse your mind from all negative and stressing thoughts. It will give you a refreshing start.

 Thus, I hope that this will help everyone that is coping with stress and lead them to a better lifestyle because stress can give you mental health problems, such as depression, anxiety, and personality disorders even Cardiovascular disease.Remember, prevention is better than cure.With that, thank you so much for your time

         <description><![CDATA[<div>    A very good morning to the teachers and my beloved friends i hope everyone are in the pink. I am Zara the president of the school Counselling Club . Last week I had the opportunity to attend a seminar about Stress Management so it would be nice if I share the knowledge that I got from the seminar to everyone in this club since I am the one who went to seminar and thankyou to the teachers for inviting me to share to all the members in this club . </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>    As we know stress will affect our mentally and physically regardless of age and we often heard about it weather at school or even at a workplace . Mostly stressful is among the teenangers rather than adults . Some of the reasons are loss of friends that always happened in school because of the toxic friendships. Also some of people who get stress easily maybe they have major illness that we do not know . A part from that peer pressure can be really effect the teenagers now especially when they are in school . Some of our friends that push us to do something or follow them might cause our stress increase instead of helping us .</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>   Other than that the reason why people are stress is pressure from their parents that will be really stress extremely if your are the first child in the family and need to think about what will happened next and for the future . One of the most popular causes of stress is you have problem with your partner which is about the relationship . It can be you breaking up with him or her having a fight or some misunderstanding that can make you think too much about it . After that people who are moving to a new place also one of the reason they are stress . It is because the need to focus on how to arrange furniture in the house but they need to go to their work instead and it might be the neighbours who hate them so that they getting stress what to do about that .</div><div><br></div><div>   </div><div>  We know there are a lot of causes of stress but we also have some ways to lead a stress-free life . One of it is makes time for hobbies and interests while you are having a whale of time that can calms your mind and of course get enough rest and sleep so that your body will be energetic in the next day and you did not make yourself stress because the serotonin in your body will be issued more and be happy on that day . Furthermore , you can seek out social support from your friends or someone that will understand you to tell them about it and the most important thing is you need to accept there are things that you cannot control it by yourself do not push yourself into an edge if you cannot handle it . If you still cannot follow the ways that i said just know you can try to listen to some songs that can make you feel calm and even you can fall asleep while listen to it so from that you already rest your mind from the thing that you stress of . Last but no least the main thing to lead a stress-free life is by holding positive thoughts rather than succumbing to a negative one this really can help you maintaining a positive attitude and reduce your stress .</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>   In a nutshell, people do get stressed up sometimes. However it is matter of how we manage stress and lension . As long as we can manage it properly , we can prevent the consequences of having too much stress that we can handle as the saying goes “ Prevention is better than cure “ .          <description><![CDATA[<div>A very good morning I bid to my fellow hardworking members of Photography and Magazine Club and my one only guidance teacher of this club, Puan Salaleyo. I hope everyone is healthy and is not feeling under the weather, especially during this pandemic. Anyway, a few days ago, I was given the opportunity to attend a seminar called "Stress Management". I've learned many things throughout the whole seminar and even get to play a few games for ice-breaking. without a further a due, I would also like to share my short experience of attending the seminar to everyone.<br><br>        Stress is something that occurs to everyone who leads a very busy life. In general, it happens to most working or even unemployed adults, students at school or college and many more. To make it short, age doesn't really determine if that certain someone is going through a stress-life or not. One of the reasons stress could occur is because loss of friends. Losing your friends can be very depressing and hard, especially at a young age, friends are the ones who would help you through tough times and give you advices whenever you're in need, therefore, losing them can be tough because you have no shoulders to lean on, except parents.<br><br>         Other than that, stress can also be caused by a major illness, doesn't matter wether it's physically or mentally, what's concerning is when it's affecting someone mentally. This is because it could lead to suicidal thoughts and behavior. That's why it's very important to lead a very balance life where you can control emotions and behavior without affecting other people and yourself. Next, another most common causes of stress are peer pressure. When someone is under pressure, they find it difficult to collect themselves and breathe in and out. This could lead to panic attacks and breathing problems.<br><br>         In conjunction to that , pressure from parents are the most clear and vivid causes of a stress life.  those who have very strict and controlling parents can relate to this matter. Children have to act and perform a certain way at school and the people around them in order to make their parents' reputation looked at by other people. Furthermore, loss of job is also a stressful accurrence to someone who is very hardworking. Finding a new job can be very hard since the positions are highly competitive.it would take a lot of time and effort, as if  you're hitting a reset button in your career path.<br><br>        Last but not least, divorce. it's very stressful for both sides and the children involved as it effects them mentally. Both partners have to decide whose going to keep the children and many more. Lawsuits and lawyers are also involved in this matter as it would take a few months to settle the case. Divorce is not about signing the papers and distributing the shares or money, it is way more complicated than that. In conclusion, these are few examples for causes of a stress-life.<br><br>          The important question is, what are the ways to lead stress-free life? well, the first step is to make times for hobbies and interests. It is very necessary to take the time to collect yourself by filling in the time you have with beneficial activities. For example, painting, drawing, cycling and baking. In addition to that, you must also get enough rest and sleep. This one is very crucial as it help you gain enough energy as you can to work you way through the day. <br><br>        Moreover, if you have social problems, it's better to seek out for social support, to be specific, therapist or a counselor at school. Sometimes it's also very hard for someone to express their feelings and let their voices be heard. This is the solution to solve social problems. Additionally, a stressful person must accept there are things that you cannot control. they have to learn to reflect upon theirselves and not repeat the same mistakes whatsoever.<br><br>    Not only these methods will work out but considering supplements are also effective. Make an appointment with a doctor regarding your health problems and the pharmacist will give you the right pills and supplements that you can take daily. This work efficiently. Lastly, exercise! this will reduce your stress level without a doubt. Maintaining your health is compulsory in order to achieve a stress-free life.<br><br>        To end that, i think it's very obvious and detailed how severe it is stress can be to someone's life and in order to prevent that from happening, we have to put it in alot of effort and time to fic ourselves for the better. I hope all of these causes and ways to overcome this matter helped you in a way nothing can and also gave you the inspiration and motivation to build a better life ahead. I will end my talk by giving a quote from the famous Drew Phillips, "There was no light, in the beginning of life."
