I love the fact that you can eat them in salads, with hot broth, you can make hummus... They are so versatile. 

Also, my grandma makes the best "Spanish Cocido" with chickpeas. I have ever tried.

It's Moussaka, a Greek dish made of eggplant and meat. Very tasty, I highly recommend it, however, it didn't make it to the top.

They are a special type of croquettes, made with meat, species, and different veggies. And they are usually eaten while drinking beer!

I highly recommend baking cookies with dulce de leche, it's life changing.

In spite of this, it's not part of the top because it is not really a complete meal that you could eat every day without getting tired.
