心得：

1. I'm surprised that there are so many people to choose suicide for money in America. And the "money -shame" is a new in formation for me, I never heard it before.
2. And the speaker has said that "change is difficult.", I'm very agree what she said. Most of people are usually tend to that everything be used to, they don't want to change a lot. But in this centry, we need to change myself, we can't unchanged. And also we don't need to excessively demanding yourself and others. Sometimes, we can put down something on our shoulder. To let the somethings that hurt you deep or can't put down go. Everything are be all right, we need to say it to myself.

Because he is a African, but he reads books from Western countries.
2. In any way, anting, we can't just listen to or see a single aspect. We need to look at the same thing from different angles. We also need to respect the opinions of others and not have stereotypes. Everyone has different ideas and opinions, and their ideas and opinions need to be respected.

But she was able to face everything so bravely, and chose to stand up and share it with everyone.
2. I think if I choose to face it, I can’t look at everything as optimistic as she is.

1. I'm surprised and happy that this weekend's video is talked about psychology, because that I very like to study about psychology. And also I want to be a psychologicap counselor, I want to be the person like the speaker to save other people who has psychologicap trauma. So I have a lot of feelings about the story told in this film.
2. For the speaker's "Golden time", it is very important for not only the psychologicap trauma bet also the psychotherapist. Because of that the Golden time is time for the Psychological trauma to aggravate the trauma, and it is also the time when the psychotherapist is the easiest to let the psychological trauma minimize the trauma. But during Golden time, how to make trauma instant and most effective treatment is the problem that needs to be solved now.
