So when he he gets arrested by the detectives Williams and Karyl at his home, his mom and Jerry are mildly panicked. When he speaks with miss O'Brien, he thinks that she doesn't believe in his innocence. After Henry's testimony, Bobo admits that he had been part of the robbery with King and that they stealed money and cigarettes, but also that Steve had to give them a signal to enter the drugstore, even if they never talked to him before the murder.
