Inclusive vs Adapted

Adapting and modifying for physical education seems much easier than being inclusive. Inclusion is educating students with and without disabilities in the same environment. I found much information on adapting physical education and activities. For inclusion, though, it was harder to find activities that suit both disabled and non-disabled students. Physical educators do not get to choose if disabled students are in their class or in a special education classroom. We need to be prepared to be inclusive if there are disabled students in the classroom. We as educators cannot leave them on the side to watch or sit alone.
