My framework will follow-<br><br></div><div>·       <em>Planning of the company </em></div><div>·       <em>Focus on strategies </em></div><div>·       <em>Manage the internal and external research approach</em></div><div>·       <em>Description of the product and service development</em></div><div>·       <em>Managing the customer service segment </em></div><div>·       <em>Considers the organizational profitability </em></div><div>·       <em>Future development and growth considering other competitors within the market <br></em><br></div><div>The major importance in this framework will also be placed in the innovative approaches of the different service and managing the unique service perfection of the organization. The organization also needs to follow the customer requirements so that they can able to provide the exact need for them. Apparently, the service processing and managing the applicable work criteria will provide their major focus on the importance of creating strategies. Further to this, Woolworths also focused on the mitigation of any challenges rising in this segment of strategic processing in a better manner. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The company framework has followed the systematic and adjustable work criteria so that the customers can be served particularly. Each of the divisions manages to form the proper and planned work engagement so that the standard work criteria can able to manage. Each department in retail is managed by the department managers and leaders so that the customers need can be fulfilled particularly. From the customer service department, research and development department, quality department, project management department, production department, quality department, and the marketing department have been managed particularly by the employees. Within the store, Woolworths also managed to consider their effective management planning so that the service delivery to the customers can face better association. Within the stores, they have their store managers and for different sections, they have department managers and under them the leaders who are taking care of the other employees working under them. The most important part is the customer care service desk and managing the bills and creating product and service billing for the customers. The customer gets the necessary help from the sales associates other than that the department managers in any case of urgency can provide effective services. The store managers are there to look after the various departments including stock take, inventory of the store and customer management as a whole. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As a major Australian Company, Woolworths Group Limited has focused on the extensive retail market to service the customers and gain profit from the market. Considering its revenue, the company is the second largest organization within the market (Woolworths Australia 2019). The largest takeaway liquor retailer Woolworths has considered strategic planning to generate its market across various countries. They have the largest market divisions considering supermarkets (Woolworths online), General Merchandise (Big W), Finance (Woolworths Finance, Woolworths Rewards), Petrol (Caltex Woolworths) and Hotels &amp; Gambling (ALH Group). The company has focused majorly on the customers’ need and based on that they have generated their market in such a way so that the future association can able to maintain. The applicable market processing has considered their products and service offering to the customers along with that it manages to create a systematic association in an applicable manner. </div>]]></description>
