As soon as I took my first look at the book I got a Captain Underpants vibe because it is like a comic book lay out. Upon reading the book I admired the imaginations these children had. It reminded me of my siblings and I when I was younger. My father would use old boxes and make club houses out of them for us.

Throughout the book readers can see that the children are facing different "battles". In facing the problems the children find it best to deal with them by using their imagination and creating another world where thing are not as serious, and more fun, kind of like kids in the real world. No ones lives are perfect, and some are worse than others but its important to make the best out of any and every situation.

The images in the books are extremely helpful. I was able to capture the idea and know exactly what each character was going through every step of the way. Unlike most books, where you are stuck imagining what situations or characters are like.

Most times books or readings that I am assigned for a class are boring so I have to focus harder and reread a lot of the content to make sure that I really understand what I'm reading. This book kept me intrigued the whole time, it was actually very hard for me to take a break from reading it when I needed to. It was very easy and tons of fun to follow along. It took me back to a place in my childhood that i enjoyed very much, I loved this read!
