As I encounter on a daily in my own life  raising 2 girls today, I am reminded of how important the impact of my actions and words contributes to their growth. Constantly I am able to help them develope productively in todays society through encouraging to want to do right and enjoy doing it, while remaining humbled and grateful. 

Further more developmental psychology points out our growth mechanisisms such as people we sorround ourselves with, places we spend time at. Even activities we spend time doing can contribute to our growth.
