1. I want to be consistent in providing resources for you as teachers. I plan on doing this through a weekly newsletter that provides opportunities for you to learn/grown through various resources and topics. 
2. I want to help integrete more STEM into our school for teachers willing to add this into their instruction. This will not be forced upon anyone but if someone is willing to try it, I'm willing to help make it happen!
3. I want to make sure we have more differentiated PD that is relevant to what you are doing in the classroom. Sometimes PD topics are out of my control, but most of the time I plan them. I never intend to waste anyone's time. However, I know the feeling of "I know this already" but realizing it's a need for others in the room. SO...with that in mind, I will strive to differentiate as much as I can so PDs are worthwhile for everyone. 

Support I need to make this happen:
1. For resources - I need to reach out to my tribe! (use of twitter and my google + groups) for more resources. I'll have to continue to research!
2. Reach out to people who know more about STEM then me!
3. Extra people to help run the sessions. More teachers will be helping to run/lead PDs as you all are also experts in the buildings!
