What are the issues?
Risk assessment-chances of falling, carrying things makes it harder. 
Supervision-Appears to be only one teacher. 
Inappropriate clothing
Not an obvious activity-if cleaning beach they would need gloves, bags, protective gear. If hiking for activity, they need more appropriate clothes. 

What CAS experience?
Potentially 
service-could be cleaning the beach  activity-taking a hike
creativity-Landscape drawing (This would explain the clothing and carrying of bags)



What do we see?
We see students on a cliff face with water in the background so they might be near the sea, there appears to be only one teacher following them.
