This treaty had opened the borders to trade with America. The results of this allowed the trade with America but had upset many people because they viewed this in a way they were going to lose their culture they have kept dear to them for centuries.

Through this interview it showed the social effects such as working conditions and treatment. Significance of this interview was an interview that helped motivate us towards a positive working environment like a lot of us know today. This helped present the idea that the people are more important than the money.

1885-The Scramble for Africa.

As material value increased throughout Africa like gold and diamond it drove European countries to the idea that they could take the land and its materials. As more countries wanted these materials, the more war started, Africa and its people had no fail safe for them to trust in leaving them defenseless and they didn't have a ruler at this time.

This book had brought to light the “struggle” of white people, which most people obviously got behind for the sole reason they wanted more power. The white man's “Burden” was quickly used in favor of whites, this privilege was quickly used against others for what seemed to be to receive higher treatment like rulers.

1821-Colonization in Ghana from Britain.

Over time Britain would start bringing in their technology from the industrialization period using machinery like trains and what not which opened the eyes to Ghana citizens. Trade became only allowed through Britain soldiers as it seemed, along with that they changed the way Ghana lived and critiqued their industrialization.
