         <description><![CDATA[<div> The work of PBL for teachers is the FRONTLOADING - set up ahead of time. During introduction, the structure expectations and goal are clear. During the ClassTIME/Class Period, the teacher is simply the FACILITATOR. Walking around listening to conversations, asking guiding questions, and SO MUCH IS GOING ON without you instructing “direct feeding” and hoping they are listening / catching what you’re throwing down 💁‍♀️😝💖🤩</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> PBL is like a game, where the students get to figure out what your objective was that day by reflecting upon what they just learned from exploring a topic/problem/question, with the collaboration of  peer group members (other resources) and technology to create a project - proposing a solution for the problem, or driving question you asked. <br><br>Early in the year teachers can offer a word bank of choices - guiding their thinking toward developing skills to reflect on their learning. The FOUR C’s are DEFINITELY in the “learning self-reflection” Word Bank <br><br>what was the objective  you were teaching and the concept they are learning. </div>]]></description>
