I've decided to change original Pomp and Circumstance which is classic, to classical rock. I've researched about classical rock, and found out some information.

- It's in heavy beats
- Electronic instruments
-It needs to be magnificent even though it's rock. 
- It has to be in slow beats

Reason why it should be in heavy beats is it's march song. Most of the march song has beats that we can all step ahead in same time. Bass drum will be loud enough to make the rhythm, to make march song.
Electronic instruments are used to represent rock, because song won't be called rock, when it's not made out of electronic instruments and has loud sounds. Like rock, instrument has great influence on what genre am i choosing.
It needs to be magnificent, because I want to mix some parts of original song, and aspects of rock. In original song, it has some magnificent part. This part is in song to make audience greatly feel about end of something, because it's always used in events that something ends, such as graduation (end of student), funeral (end of life), and marriage (end of unmarried man/woman)
It has to be in slow beats, because it's classical rock, that has both aspects from rock and classic. Since most of the classic song including Pomp and Circumstance is in slow beats, it will be much better to be in slow beats.

I had a hard time with solving this problem. 

Planning
- Instrument will be changed 
- Extra drums
- It will turn from classic to rock

Problems
- How to make music naturally when it's changing to rock from classic. 
- How to make music piece more magnificent, even though it's rock.

In planning part, I've decided to change instruments  from orchestra instrument to electronic instrument. I've already mentioned change of instruments at left padlet, so I won't talk about change in instruments. About extra drums, I've realized that there should be one bass drum that repeats for whole time, and several drums that can keep the rhythm flow. When first started the remix, I've only put basic drum that only keeps rhythm. I didn't put the bass drum repeating for march. At transferring from classic to rock, transition between classic part and rock part was awkward. Since it's turning instantly, it needed some kind of part that can make transfer naturally. I've worked on that in lesson, but I couldn't figure it out. At making music more magnificent, it was hard because even though I used orchestra instruments, it didn't sounded magnificent. It was efficient on making me in beat, when I'm about to lose beat. Like my plan, I've put some orchestra instruments first to make classical Pomp and Circumstance. Beginning part should be classical music, and last 3/4 will be classical rock music. After I made both classical and rock part, I've got a problem that transition of those two parts is to instant that it is not naturally flowing. I tried putting string instruments, and some drums, but I've failed to solve this question. So, I've asked Mr Graham for help. He had told me to put in the fills. Result of putting fill was great. Transition part was not awkward to be listened, and it also put expectations to music, that what will be coming next. While I'm listening to my own song, I've noticed that Pomp and Circumstance was originally march song. I've decided to put one more string instrument in middle of rock version of Pomp and Circumstance. It looked like it didn't changed much, but there was combination between electric guitar and string instrument. Also, I was thinking that if it's classic rock, it should be slow. I made 120 bpm to 100 bpm. Purpose of changing pitch was to create harmony, since I don’t have ability to make a new melody to create harmony. I’ve changed the tone color of it, by changing instruments. It became more active than before, when it was marching music. 
 
I’ve changed the genre of this music to rock, to make audience to feel classic songs can turn into genre that popular now in modern days.

Myself
Bad things about my product is some of the sounds has unmatching timing, which makes the song weird. It was unfortunate, because I made this song by hitting the keyboard, and I've decreased the bpm, so space that timing is unmatching will be lot bigger.
Good things about my product is I've put lots of parts of music in it, such as melody/bass/harmony/rhythm. It can make music more abundant. 
Gumin
Bad things about Gumin's product is in improvising part, maybe he could follow the music and match the chord, instead of just going up and going down. Since Canon in D is always following the chord, it might be good idea to fix it.
Good things about Gumin's product is timing of everything is exactly correct. He has used the note writing function to make music. By using this function, He's music has no part that timing is incorrect.

In my opinion, most of people thinks that classical music is old fashioned music, and thinks that it's the music genre that can only be listened in music performances. By changing classical music to classical rock, I can show them the message that classical music can be listened in normal life, and it's energizing to listen.
