         <description><![CDATA[<p>An important aspect of phonemic awareness is rhyming. Words that rhyme have the same middle and ending sound. Print the following worksheet and complete with your student. </p><p><br/></p><p>You can extend this practice by playing an "I Spy" rhyming game with your child. Take turns spying something in the room like "I spy a cat", then your student can repeat back to you I spy a cat and then add a owrd that rhymes with it like the word bat."  Take turns going back and forth. </p>]]></description>
