I was actually supposed to be here last year, but there were issues with paperwork which caused Danira and I to drop out of the programme and we got a one year ban for the programme :(. Luckily, we managed to find interesting subjects (like this one!) and we got approved for coming. My favourite hobby is drinking coffee with my friends... in the sun...for 2 hours...multiple times a day... Yeah, coffee culture is big in Croatia and it is everyone's fav hobby, I am no different. I have worked since I started uni and I have had many different jobs. Currently I am working as a babysitter in a playroom for children age 3-12 and it is the best job ever!!! But before that I worked as a hostess in a restaurant, I had a job giving out flyers (so boring :(), I was an assistant in a yacht firm, I was an assistant of a diver in the Marina who was diving to check the state of boats and I was just walking around following him and writing it down - best job ever (Fun fact: this job in the Marina was in Croatian literally called 'a diver's follower') and I was working in Stradivarius as a sales assistent which was the most stressful one because the women were often rude and messy. My first airplane journey was when I was three years old to Stuttgart, Germany with my parents and my first trip without my parents was Copenhagen, Denmark when I was 13 to a International dance competition in which I competed. I have visited many countries in Europe, but my favourite place I've ever been to is Barcelona, Spain - the city's architecture, views, food and vibes is something that stays with you forever. I also like to travel to Bosnia and Montenegro, the two countries that Croatia is sourrounded by because they are student friendly - cheap, good food and great Balkan style nightlife (live while we're young I guess...) so I recommend you visit both if you have the chance to :). While I'm on my Erasmus I would like to travel to Berlin, Prague and Vienna and of course to explore more of Hungary like lake Balaton and Visegrad which I am very excited for!!!
