         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tuesday the 24th of September <br>Strength: Turn out when performing the Battement exercise.</div><div><br></div><div>Weakness: in one of the warm ups by the bar, there’s an exercise that works though our feet and I tend to pick my feet off the floor instead of using the floor. </div><div><br></div><div>Target: Practice the arabesque, by working on my balance, placement of my leg and the timing with the music/counts.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
