This week has been a productive week for me because the course led me to reflect things that I have been done in my class and some improvements that I need to do in order to have a better teaching technique.

What did you find interesting? 
Watching the videos of different teachers with different teaching technique were interesting because I can have a better picture of the similarities and the differences between working with teenagers and kindergarten children.

What new ideas will you take to your classroom? 
1) I will try to spare my time to make Reflecting Journal because as a Kindergarten Principal I have "Principal Daily Journal" but not "Personal Teaching Reflecting Journal" yet. 
2) I want to do Sociogram with the children in my class to see how it will turn out
