While the crust was in a golden brown colour. 

Aroma : The smell of the crust smelt like bread, with butter. While the custard together with the peaches had a sweet smell. 


Taste : The Custard Fruit Tart was sweet due to the peaches. It had a strong taste of butter by the pastry crust. 

Texture : The pastry crust was crunchy, the custard was smooth as it was stirred evenly. It was in a dark golden brown colour. However it was not burnt. The fruit custard looked yellowish orange. (It looked like jelly. We did not add peaches)

AROMA: The aroma of the short crust pastry was plain. The fruit tart had a strong vanilla smell. As there was vanilla essence in the mixture.

TASTE: The overall taste was sweet. The flavour of the custard was very sweet probably because of the vanilla esscence. The short crust pastry tasted plain. It had no specific taste. It was not as crispy but quite soft and powdery as the process went wrong.

Crust is baked till golden brown.From the outside, we can see that it is rough and appetising.The flakes of the crust falling off looks very crunchy and the custard inside the crust looked creamy,smooth and yellowish in colour.The fruit above looks juicy and delicious which makes the custard fruit tart looks yummy.

2) Aroma. 
The custard was sweet as there were milk used when making it. The crust on the outside smelled tasty due to baking in the oven.

3) Taste.
 When eating the custard fruit tart,we can taste the sweetness of the custard and also the crispyness of the crust as i swallowed into my mouth. The fruit also taste a bit of sour but it makes the fruit tart not too sweet.

4) Texture.
The crust was golden brown in colour due to baking and the custard inside look yellowish and creamy.  Tte : the custard was soft not and too sweet but the crust was too thick

Taste : the overall taste was good because of the peach. I feel that without the peach , the pastry would not have any taste

 Aroma : I could smell peach  in the custard. I could smell butter  from the pastry.  The pastry crust smelt delicious while it was baking in the oven.
3) Taste : I can taste peach and milk from the custard. The custard was sweet. I can taste butter from the baked pastry. The slices of the peach added sweetness to the custard and baked pastry at the end.
4) Texture : The custard was so smooth and thick. The baked pastry has a rough and cracked surface when i took it out from the oven. it smells strongly of peach which may be due to it being on the top, but it also has a baked crust smell, like a bread smell which is caused when the crust is baked.
3)taste:
it tastes very dry because there is too less custard on it and also there is more of the peach flavor due to it being the biggest thing on the tart itself.
4)texture:

Taste. The short crust pastry taste delicious but dry without the the nacho cheese there.The nacho cheese help to made the short crust pastry much more smoother and creamier and with the evenly cut out peach it made the whole tard taste juicy and flavourful.Overall it tasted sweet and creamy.

Texture.The short crust pastry look very smooth even though there is cracks in between it still smooth.it looks dry too ,the nacho cheese is creamy and smooth and help to made the dry short crust pastry much more softer and moisturise.The peach is smooth and you could see that the peach is actually very juicy as your touch it as juices started to come out as you put abit of pressure to it
Appearance.The short crust pastry is golden brown and That it look dry too.There were cracks but overall it's still in good condition.The bright colored cheese sauce help to brighten up the whole food and made it really look delicious as the smooth texture of made the appearance much more better.The peach made it look good to as it is juicy and smooth to.you could see the juicy

You smell the cooked shortcrust pasty as it left alone.it smelled good and the nacho cheese smelled good and made the whole food tempting to be eaten.Yiu could also smell the whole peach as it is very juicy and overall they tasted good

 Appearance:the custard tart look attractive as It is bright coloured and it doesn't look dull and boring.
 
 AROMA:The cream inside the tart had a milky aroma and there were peaches in the tart which gave it a peach aroma.the crust also crusty aroma
